Natural tartaric acid L(+). White crystalline powder very soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol.


For the manufacture of food products, excluding all retail.

It’s used in food industry use as acidifier, natural preservative and emulsifier in bakery, as yeast ingredient, for sponge cakes, candies, gelatins, jams and soft drinks. Quantum satis.
