Sucralose

Sucralose is a white, odorless crystalline powder with intense sweet taste, soluble in water, methanol and ethanol. Calorie-free, non-cariogenic, suitable for diabetics.

For the manufacture of food products, excluding all retail. Limited use.

Sucralose is recommended for sugar-free and sugar low products, because of its excellent stability to heat and acid and sweetener profile.

Typical applications are: flavored drinks 300 ppm, 800 ppm solid dietetic supplements, 2,400 ppm for syrups or chewables. Ice-cream 320 ppm and cocoa based products 400 ppm.
