HELM AG completes full acquisition of Lithium joint venture LevertonHELM
Basingstoke, UK and Hamburg, Germany (August 24th, 2023)
In late 2021, Leverton Lithium and HELM AG joined forces to become a leading European supplier of Lithium based battery materials and derivatives. Following the formation of the joint venture, LevertonHELM continued to develop and implement its strategic plans for expansion to scale up manufacturing capacity of battery grade Lithium chemicals.
David Hicks is stepping down from his role as CEO of LevertonHELM and will no longer be involved in the operations of the company. COO of LevertonHELM Stephen Elgueta takes over as Business Lead.
