Dried egg products 1,000 ppm. 2,000 ppm dough for battering. Precooked bread and specialty breads 2,000 ppm. Pastries, cakes and biscuits with water activity higher than 0.65 2,000 ppm. Dairy desserts non heat-treated 300 ppm.
