The marinextracts are used:
- as a natural basis for the composition and the flavouring of soups, sauces, terrines, ready meals, etc.
- as a raw material in compound flavors, to bring the body note, the freshness and the characteristic seafood profil.
Indicative dosage: 0.5-2%.
